We are a friendly and professional family run business inspired by the needs of our founder's own grandmother.

In 2004 our founder James suggested to his grandmother that she wore a panic button but she did not feel ready for it.

James invented Safety Confirmation as a way for her to confirm her well being whilst preserving her independence and privacy.

Safety Confirmation now helps private individuals, local authorities and housing associations all over the UK.

We also develop and provide all sorts of other 'telecare' technology that can help people remain independent for longer.
