Safety Confirmation can confirm you are safe both morning and night and notifies someone who cares if you are not.

How Safety Confirmation worksWe send you a new phone that is easy to fit and can be used like a normal phone. It also has our I’m okay button on it.
You can press that button each day at any time before times you choose. E.g. Before 9am in the morning and 10pm. This simply lets us know you are okay.
If you forget to press the button we remind you with an automated telephone call a few minutes before your chosen times.
If you still do not press the button we will call you to confirm you are okay. If you do not answer after several attempts will then notify people chosen by you.
Safety Confirmation is used by these types of people:
- People who do not want a panic button or often do not wear theirs.
- Independent people who enjoy their privacy but need a 'safety net'.
