We are often approached by organisations to provide a fully managed service to them and their residents.
That means they have a group of residents they want to provide the service to and want us to manage the whole process, from initial contact to the residents to deployment and running of the service itself.
For example Poplar HARCA is an award winning housing association in London (UK) who arranged the service for 500 of its older general needs residents. We wrote to those people about the service, visited them and installed the service and now support the service wholly on behalf of the housing association.
Everything you need for your own monitoring centre if you have one
If you have your own alarm receiving or telecare monitoring centre it makes sense for that same team to manage your safety confirmation service. In fact we would recommend it.
That team will already have regular contact with your residents and should already have the essential skills necessary to operate this service after a modest amount of training.
We can provide everything you need to run a Safety Confirmation service of your own using Pellonia which is a system accessed securely over the Internet. You don't have to look after any of the servers - we do all that for you allowing you to do what you do best.
Progression from fully managed to in-house service
Organisations often want to pilot or launch the service with minimum disruption to its own monitoring centre initially. We can help you get your service up and running quickly and smoothly and then transfer ownership of the service to your own monitoring centre.
This is our preferred approach with any organisation that has its own monitoring centre and gives you the best of both worlds, our years of experience in deploying the service and your monitoring centre's own experience of your residents.
