Since April 2018, Wheatley Group have been working with Alertacall to provide a tried- and-tested service that gives older tenants control over the level of daily contact they want and augments the face-to-face service. This session will show how new technology can improve communication between housing providers and customers, predict which customers will need more support and help housing providers plan their services and resources more effectively.
