The results of an industrywide survey in the social housing sector – November 2020

The purpose of this research project was to measure current perceptions of digital engagement, and to understand the current and future scope of providers’ digital initiatives. The study examined shorter term aims, such as website or mobile app development, through to the longer term strategic issues, including reviewing resident phone and alarm systems potentially affected by the 2025 Digital Switchover.

Over 200 industry professionals participated in the research, with the data gathered using an
online survey in August and September 2020.
