Environmental sensors

Alertacall’s environmental sensors help providers take a preventative approach to home maintenance and can help contribute to better physical health and mental wellbeing for customers.

Data is collected hourly, monitoring and highlighting changes in humidity and temperature. It helps indicate problems with damp and mould, poor ventilation or heating failures.

The sensors can also detect excessive heating, which can lead to debt, or underheating due to poor insulation or fuel poverty.
