Northern Housing Awards recognises Alertacall as the best supplier in social housing

Alertacall is delighted to have won the Supplier of the Year Award at the Northern Housing Awards for its social housing services. The award recognises the company’s ability to deliver housing management services that ensure tenants are safer, better connected and more informed. The award was presented at glittering evening at the Point, Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester. The evening, hosted by Justin Moorhouse, saw the best and brightest from the housing sector gather to celebrate successes but also look ahead to the future.
Up against stiff competition, Alertacall received awards for dedication to providing a leading solution to housing associations to keep their tenants safe, connected and informed.
Alertacall’s services, Housing Proactive and OKEachDay for Housing , are already used by over 60 housing providers and highlight the benefits of integrating technology and human contact to provide a person-centred approach. This approach, coupled with the contact centre team’s specialist training and approachable manner, ensures over 90% customer satisfaction amongst both tenants and housing teams.
