Alertacall has appointed a new Chief Information Officer, Jon Moody, to drive forward product innovation and continue to strengthen the business’s technology and data infrastructure.

Alertacall are the experts in digitally enhanced daily contact that confirms health and safety, detects changing needs and improves customer care. His appointment comes at a time when the organisation is heavily investing in its Housing Proactive service to deliver new features, including developing the touchscreen-based service to help housing providers increase levels of digital engagement.

Jon is an experienced technology leader with over 20 year’s experience in a range of industries. After starting his career as a programmer in a building society, Jon has specialised in scaling innovative technology businesses and has served on the board of several software companies overseeing impressive growth and customer success. With a passion for ‘useful technology’, Jon has great expertise across people and leadership, digital and cloud strategy, security, quality and scalability.

In his new role at Alertacall, Jon is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy, including developing front and back end technology, infrastructure, and will work closely with distributors and clients to create added value services in line with changing market and service requirements.
