News from Alertacall plus articles and insights on how to enhance outcomes for people with higher needs in the housing, health and social care sectors.
Alertacall recently exhibited at the Inside Housing Tenant and Resident Engagement Conference, held at St. Pauls, London.
The leading one-day event saw over 300 people from across the social housing sector, come together to discuss how to improve two way communications between residents and housing providers, achieve increasing levels of engagement, and improve tenant satisfaction.
Our Director Martin Cutbill and our Head of Client Development Darren Mans-Bridge were in attendance.
Martin said: “It was great to be part of an event that clearly demonstrated how serious the commitment is to ensuring how landlords, tenants and technology can work together to achieve meaningful engagement in social housing.
“At Alertacall, we are passionate about combining ingenious technology and contact with people who care. We believe that our easy to install, portable touchscreens, that are not dependent on WiFi and offer 8 different methods of contact between resident and housing provider, have a vital role to play in supporting the sector on the journey towards improving tenant engagement, safety and satisfaction.”
