Alertacall is conducting a research survey, in conjunction with the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), on how housing providers across the UK are delivering digital services in 2020 and just how ready the sector is for the digital switchover in 2025.
Findings from the research will be presented at the next CIH Ideas Lab – the second in the series hosted by Alertacall, on Wednesday 30 September 2020 at 2 pm. The free to attend online event is open to both members and non-members of the CIH, and is entitled:
Alertacall’s second Ideas Lab with the CIH will present the results of the research survey and also take a closer look at some of the challenges and opportunities for housing providers investing in digital developments. Key issues will be addressed, such as how to increase resident self-service engagement, to looking at alternatives to hard-wired alarm systems. Alertacall will be joined by a panel of expert speakers at the event who will discuss the future of digital services in housing.
The webinar will provide those attending with a chance to review:
- how their own digital strategy compares with others in the sector;
- what options need to be considered in preparation for the 2025 digital switchover; and,
- what innovations exist to dramatically improve how properties can be managed.
It should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete the survey and for every completed survey, a £5 charity donation will be made (you will be asked to select your preferred charity within the questionnaire).
Everyone completing the survey will also receive a free copy of the final report of the survey findings.
