Alertacall showcasing proactive housing management services at the NIFHA Annual conference

Alertacall will be showcasing its Housing Proactive and Envosense services at the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations (‘NIFHA’) annual conference on 3-4 October in Londonderry / Derry. The event is being held in the City Hotel and will be attended by senior industry professionals from the social housing sector.

The annual highlight in the NIFHA calendar, the conference this year boasts a truly exceptional line up of speakers and will focus on some of the current issues facing housing providers in Northern Ireland. The two-day conference gives those in the industry a great networking opportunity and also provides a platform for organisations to share best practice and discuss the future of housing. Speakers presenting at the conference are from the across the UK and include:

Team members from Alertacall will be there over the two days on stand nine to talk to members of the NIFHA on how the Housing Proactive and Envosense services can help housing providers to improve service delivery for residents, save money and take a proactive approach to property management.

Housing Proactive is a housing management service for properties with higher needs customers. The service operates 365 days a year, enhances resident communication, improves reporting on housing-related issues and delivers service efficiencies.

Envosense is a simple to install, low cost environmental sensor service which reduces repairs bills through the early detection of issues, protects against the risk of homes not being habitable, and helps identify potential fuel poverty or arrears.
