Alertacall victorious at Northern Enterprise Awards.
Alertacall has been recognised as an industry leading innovator in the Northern Enterprise Awards 2022.
Winning the award of Most Innovative Nationwide Housing Management Technology Provider 2022 category, Alertacall, based in Windermere and Warrington, successfully demonstrated its commitment to providing expertise, dedicated customer service and delivery of an excellent housing management service.
Now in its fourth consecutive year, the awards celebrate the hardworking individuals and firms based in Northern England who often demonstrate their innovation and excellence in their business practice.
The awards body took into consideration how Alertacall has positioned itself as a unique service provider, combining innovative technology with friendly human contact in order to create a housing management service that benefits both housing providers and residents. Alertacall also provides a service that replaces dated alarms, known as warden call systems, used in supported housing, which is ready for the analogue to digital telephony switchover, and can provide enhanced features such as video door entry calling.
Inspired by founder CEO James Batchelor’s fiercely independent grandmother Eveline, Alertacall was established to help others to remain at home for as long as possible. Alertacall has pioneered technological principles that have enhanced the lives of tens of thousands of people, working in partnership with organisations across the housing, social care and health sectors.
James Batchelor, CEO of Alertacall, said: “It’s an honour for Alertacall to have been recognised by the Northern Enterprise awards again in 2022. We work tirelessly to create a housing management solution that helps independent older people, people fleeing domestic violence and people who are disabled feel safe, connected, and better informed. As well as improving contact between housing providers and residents we constantly look to adapt and evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of the housing sector.”
