Alertacall announced as an approved supplier on the PfH Social Housing Emerging Disruptors 2 Framework

Alertacall is delighted to have been announced as an approved supplier on the Procurement for Housing (PfH) Social Housing Emerging Disruptors 2 Framework.

Alongside a small number of tech companies, start-ups, and micro businesses, Alertacall has been selected as an approved supplier on the framework, which is expected to be worth £100m between suppliers over the next three years.

With the first SHED framework launched in January 2022, this second generation of the Social Housing Emerging Disruptors (SHED) framework, will help social housing landlords procure innovative solutions from small businesses.

The framework gives housing providers the opportunity to select their criteria and provides the right supplier to meet their needs. PfH’s procurement team will then provide pricing information and support the contracting process, removing some of the previous barriers of the procurement system. Many of the suppliers selected for the framework provide products and services which engage tenants and support the new tenant satisfaction standards measures which come into effect from April of this year.
