Nigel will play a pivotal role in helping the social housing sector improve digital engagement, collect tenant satisfaction measures, help keep residents safe and reduce social isolation.

In his new position, Nigel will support housing providers from the point where options are first being explored with Alertacall, right through to service deployment and implementation. 

Nigel has 14 years of experience working in recruitment  and a wealth of experience developing long term partnership relationships. For the past 10 years Nigel has lived in the US, building two successful businesses. 

Now back in the UK, to be closer with his family, in his spare time Nigel enjoys lots of walks with the dogs, playing pool (mainly US 9 Ball), and travelling the canals of the UK.

Speaking about his new appointment, Nigel says: “From the first stage of the interview process, I was immediately impressed by Alertacall.
