We’ve recently returned from a fantastic couple of days in Liverpool attending and speaking at the The Housing Community Summit!

We hope you were able to join our panel session on the Fringe stage to discuss ‘Preventing Undiscovered Deaths and Increasing Customer Contact‘ with our CEO and Founder, James Batchelor MBE, Rachel Crownshaw, Group Managing Director, Communities at Places for People, Kathryn Fox-Rogers, Director of Housing and Customer Services at Sanctuary Group, and Jacque Allen, CEO of Your Housing – chaired by Matt Baird of The Social Housing Round Table. The panel shared their organisations’ actions to help prevent these by increasing two-way customer contact, and demonstrating how customers, colleagues and organisations benefit from higher levels of engagement.

If you missed the session, there’s still the opportunity to hear James speak on this important topic as he will be co-hosting a virtual leadership round table on Thursday 18th September at 11am in partnership with The Social Housing Round Table, with a focus on sharing five lessons he learned from talking to 50 social housing leaders.

As you may be aware, James recently updated his guide – ‘Preventing Undiscovered Deaths and Increasing Customer Contact’ with over 30 ideas for practical solutions following the overwhelming response he had to his and Sir Norman Lamb’s campaign earlier this year. The campaign led to over 50 face-to-face meetings with housing executives across the UK. You can download your free copy of the guide here.

If you are a senior leader in Social Housing, this virtual event is free to attend and can be joined by registering here.

Alertacall regularly attends and hosts events across the UK.  You can also book a 1-2-1 demonstration online or in person by heading to our book a demo page.
