Alertacall, a specialist technology company providing a range of daily contact services, has once again successfully achieved certification to the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2017 standards.
The independent assessment was conducted by the British Assessment Bureau, a leading certification body, and demonstrates Alertacall’s commitment to customer service and product quality (ISO 9001:2015) and in managing information safely and securely (ISO 27001:2017). Alertacall was subject to a two-day audit process and once again passed with no recommendations for improvement.
The ISO accreditation strengthens Alertacall’s service offering, which combines ingenious technology and passionate people to improve daily contact designed to keep people independent while delivering service efficiencies for organisations. Founded in 2004, Alertacall works in partnership with over 40 organisations across the UK and has many private customers.
