Alertacall Appoints a New Head of Partnerships

The appointment follows the launch of our ground-breaking Digital Switchover services that enables housing providers to finally move away from hard wired alarm systems.  With many local authorities and housing associations engaging with consultants, advisors and suppliers on their digital strategy Louise will develop partnerships to create innovative and versatile solutions.   

Louise brings a wealth of experience and passion in adding life changing value to elderly residents, most notably through her 12 years as the Director of Wiltshire Farm Foods. She worked across social services and the NHS as well as direct to consumers to deliver nutritious meals to the elderly in both social housing and private residences. Louise has a scientific background, worked in the pharmaceutical industry and is now leaping into the technology sector to find new ways to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of our more elderly, vulnerable people in our communities. Alertacall uses technology enabled care to help residents feel safe and connected, enhancing their wellbeing and security whilst trying to live independently in their own homes. 

Speaking about her new appointment, Louise says:

My clients consist of consultants and solution providers in the social housing sector. I will work collaboratively to offer honest consultancy to really understand what is needed and price on the best future proof, low cost solution in a truly unique way. This will allow consultancies to add another solution to their bow when looking for the best bespoke solution for their own clients.”

In her spare time Louise enjoys making the most of the beautiful Cotswold countryside, generally on a mountain bike, paddleboard or a long family walk. She loves exploring her local area, especially the restaurants as well as weekends away with friends and family.
