This month Alertacall achieved the internationally recognised certification ISO 27001 for Information Security Management, which means our systems for storing and managing data have been independently audited and approved as being robust. This is further to our ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management, which we have had in place for several years.
This standard reflects the importance we place on data security both in terms of our technical resilience, and the processes we have adopted. Having such a standard ensures that we are very well placed to adhere with the forthcoming GDPR legislation, due in May 25, 2018, and we expect to be compliant in advance of this date.
