Alertacall will be presenting alongside Wheatley Group (“Wheatley”) at the ‘Asset Management and Repairs’ fringe event at Scotland’s Housing Festival this March, hosted by CIH Scotland. You can also meet members of the Housing Proactive team on stand 46.

CIH Scotland’s Housing Festival is Scotland’s biggest housing event, and returns this year to the SEC Centre in Glasgow on 12th and 13th March with a brand new event on asset management and repairs. This two-day fringe event runs alongside the main Housing Festival programme and is aimed at those working in housing associations and local authorities, as well as other industry professionals with an interest in asset management and maintenance.

Alertacall are excited to be speaking at the first ever ‘Asset Management and Repairs’ event alongside Scotland’s largest social housing provider, Wheatley, on Tuesday 12th March at 12 noon. Wheatley have been working with Alertacall since April 2018, using the Housing Proactive service to improve how they make contact with older tenants, and assisting Wheatley with property management in a variety of ways.

Our director Martin Cutbill will be giving a joint presentation with Louise Dunlop, Head of Loretto Care (Acting), and Margaret Crawley, Wheatley Livingwell lead, on the subject of ‘Staying safe, Living well: Using technology to keep older people safe, in control and connected’. This session focuses on how Housing Proactive is integral to Wheatley’s new Livingwell service, which helps older people to live independently at home for as long as possible. The talk looks at how new technology can improve communication between housing providers and customers, predict if customers need more support and help housing providers to plan their services and resources more effectively. We will be discussing how Alertacall’s Housing Proactive service improves the repair reporting process, puts tenants in control of the daily contact they want, and provides better access to news and information.

In addition, members of our team will be in main exhibition hall at stand 46 over the two day exhibition where you can find out why both housing provider teams and their customers both give Housing Proactive an over 90% customer satisfaction rating – we look forward to seeing you there!
