Alertacall, an award-winning technology company which provides daily contact services for housing, health and care providers, is excited to announce a major office move to a larger premise in Warrington. Alertacall has moved to The Boultings, Winwick Street.
The relocation comes as a result of the company’s rapid growth over the past few years, which has seen the workforce increase to over 70 people. The office move reflects the need to increase the contact centre team in Warrington in line with major contract wins in the social housing sector to be rolled out in 2020. Furthermore, the company has also seen growth in the services it provides directly to the public, enabling older people and other higher needs groups to live productive, independent lives in their own communities for as long as possible.
Founded in 2004, Alertacall now works in partnership with over 40 organisations in housing, social care and health across the UK, and also has many private customers. The company provides a daily ‘check-in’ and communication service’ to aid property management, and support health and care providers. Alertacall recently won a housing award for ‘New Ideas and Approaches’ at an awards ceremony organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) in Wales.
