As part of our continued sponsorship of the Social Housing Round Table, we’re delighted that Ben Lambert, our Chief Business Development Officer will be joining Matt Baird, Founder and Chair on Tuesday, 13th October at 11am to discuss ‘Beyond the pilot: Why proven technology still has to prove itself’.

When technology is already established across housing providers, why is another pilot so often the assumed next step?

Housing organisations understandably want confidence before committing to a new service. A pilot can help them understand how it will work locally. But before starting, how clearly have they identified what still needs testing, and could another provider’s experience already answer some of those questions?

Drawing on more than 12 years at Alertacall, Ben explores the different purposes pilots serve and what helps them lead to an informed decision. He asks how the sector could make better use of evidence from organisations already using the technology.

Attendees will be invited to share their own experiences and consider what would give them the confidence to move beyond a pilot.

This virtual event is free to attend and can be joined by registering here.

Alertacall regularly attends and hosts events across the UK.  You can also book a 1-2-1 demonstration online or in person by heading to our book a demo page.
