As part of our continued sponsorship of Matt Baird’s The Social Housing Round Table, we’re thrilled to welcome Sheree Brooks, Operations Manager (Older People Services) from Gateway Housing Association, on Tuesday, 23rd June at 11am to discuss ‘Transforming the lives of residents through two-way contact’.

Sheree will share the journey and transformation Gateway Housing has had by using technology to provide better service delivery to their customers, which has not only led to an improvement in communication, but also relationships with them, especially the hard-to-reach.

This technology includes Alertacall’s Housing Proactive® service, which combines two-way digital engagement, self-service and human contact. Delivered via an easy-to-use touchscreen that comes with 4G connectivity, Gateway have been able to stay better connected with their customers as they can send text, image and video communications with this service, and customers can report repairs, anti-social behaviour, manage their account and even complete surveys.
