Ben, Nigel, Katy and James will be on hand throughout the event to give you everything you need to know about how Alertacall’s services can work for your housing association.

- Housing Proactive: Two-way digital engagement, self-service and proactive human contact made easy.
- OKEachDay: Regularly confirm everything is OK at a property and give the choice of human contact.
- Beyond Warden Call: Easier, simpler and lower-cost ‘warden call’ with a portable touchscreen and self-service.
Meet the Team….
James Batchelor, CEO and Founder
James is our CEO, an experienced company founder and inventor who created the OKEachDay Platform, knowing that by increasing contact with people we can better understand their changing needs. James enjoys passionate (intense!) debates and loves talking about ideas, technology and leadership. Make contact if you’d like to join him in a trendy coffee shop or on a lakeland walk to do exactly that.
Ben Lambert, Head of Client Development
Ben has more than 15 years experience developing and fostering positive client relationships, and is now responsible for client growth and ensuring excellent client satisfaction across all our services. He’s lived and worked across 3 continents so is well accustomed to travelling the country meeting with clients. If you’re looking for your next challenge give him a shout – though be careful, he might suggest running a marathon or climbing a volcano!
Nigel Flower, Client Development Manager
Nigel brings a wealth of experience in developing long-term partnership relationships and plays a pivotal role in supporting housing providers from the point where options are first explored with Alertacall, right through to service deployment and implementation. For the past 10 years, Nigel has lived in the US. In his spare time, Nigel enjoys lots of walks with the dogs, playing pool (mainly US 9 Ball), and travelling the canals of the UK.
Katy Dunn, Client Relationship Manager
Katy plays a pivotal role looking after all of our existing clients to ensure they’re getting the most from our services, providing vital training and support all over the country. She’s a (reasonably) keen runner, having recently completed the Manchester half-marathon for charity and a jigsaw puzzle enthusiast. Katy also enjoys camping trips to the Lake District so if you’re looking for campsite recommendations (or just a guide to the cosiest Lake District pubs), she is more than happy to help.
