meet Alertacall at HSCP Glasgow event for registered social landlords
Members of the Alertacall team will be attending the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) event in Glasgow on 21st June 2018 hosted at the Loretto headquarters in Glasgow. 60 Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) based in the Glasgow area have been invited to the event which looks at different ways in which technology can improve services for RSLs in the region and their residents.
Alertacall will be giving a presentation on its Housing Proactive service. The talk will focus on how the Housing Proactive housing management system can increase resident contact while helping providers better focus time and resource. Other speaker topics include, ‘Services available to RSL’s and their tenants’ presented by Scottish Fire and Rescue, and ‘Global Positioning Systems – how the HSCP delivers this service for people in Glasgow’.
The event has been organised by Brian Duffy, the Tech and Innovation Programme Manager, for the Wheatley Group. The Wheatley Group recently implemented Housing Proactive at 1,000 of its properties to provide housing related contact with residents 365 days a year, communicate more effectively with residents and utilise a range of housing management information reports.
