Alertacall has announced a major investment in 2018 to help spearhead growth into new markets and sectors. The company has strengthened its business development team with the appointment of the first Chief Business Development Officer, Martin Cutbill. Martin will lead the expansion of services into the health and social care sectors, and well as seeking more strategic partnerships in the housing sector.
Martin has held several directorships in different industries, including being Chief Executive of Hitachi Capital Finance and Insurance Services. He has previously been an NED of Alertacall before joining the executive team on a full time basis.
In addition, Claire Palmer joins as marketing manager, responsible for all marketing activity, and reflecting the businesses increased promotional activity in both B2B and B2C markets. With over 10 years’ marketing experience across a range of industries, she has worked closely with numerous public sector organisations, in particular the NHS, to help create customer focused marketing initiatives.
