Housing 2023

At the end of June, Alertacall exhibited and saw CEO James Batchelor take to the stage at Europe’s largest housing festival, Housing 2023.

The three-day event took place at Manchester Central with the Alertacall team  joined by hundreds of housing professionals to collaborate, share best-practice learning and start the conversations needed to work together to achieve as a sector for our communities.

The Alertacall stand was situated next to the insight stage, which was a fantastic hub of knowledge sharing. James Batchelor, CEO of Alertacall, was one of the keynote speakers that addressed the audience during the three-day festival, focusing on the ageing crisis in general needs.

Alertacall was also delighted to team up with Matt Baird to host a round table event discussion on Tenant Satisfaction, Staff Retention and Housing Culture: Unveiling the Link.

Nigel from the Business Development team was one of the hosts on the Alertacall stand and said,

‘It was great to meet existing clients and having the opportunity to introduce new people to what we do at Alertacall  . Our stand offered people the opportunity to have live demonstrations of Housing Proactive, OKEachDay and Beyond Warden Call services, which brought to life the solutions they offer for housing providers.’
